This week, we're entering the second 5-week block that will lead us to Murph on Memorial Day! The focus this block is to refine your kipping skills while continuing to build on the strict strength we've developed the past 5 weeks.

Mon: Kipping Drills / Strict Pull or Push + Murph Prep

Tue / Wed: Squats / Strict Pull or Push + Metcon

Thu / Fri: Oly Lifting + Metcon

Sat: IWT

Sun: Bodybuilding
