Hello There Everybody!


First off, congrats to all who finished HYROX this past weekend! Everyone's hard work paid off and I'm glad to see that we all managed to complete the race with relative ease (ie. no cramping / injuries), although we might have to work on our lap counting abit more :). That's another milestone for the year in the books, we've had Open Season, Murph, HYROX, the next one coming up is of course our very own... Operation Broken Wing!


As such this next cycle will be 8 weeks long and will culminate on Aug 24th at OBW! The focus will be threefold.

  1. Pull-up Strength & Capacity

  2. Clean / Snatch Strength

  3. Medium WOD Threshold Capacity (15-20min Duration)

We're also going to embark on a slightly different squat cycle that will make sure your legs are strong enough to stand up whatever weight you can Clean at the Lift-off.


So if you haven't signed up for OBW, please do so, and I can't wait to see everyone's gains on the day!
