We follow CrossFit methodology - barbell strength, gymnastics, conditioning - with specific focuses, structured in multi-week cycles, so your training compounds over months.

COACHES WHO PAY ATTENTION

All our coaches have 5-10 years of experience coaching.

They will correct your squat depth. They will tell you when to go heavier and when not to. They know your name, your injury history, and your next target. This is the difference between going for class and actually being coached.

We are a small community. You will know everyone in your regular class within three weeks - not because there is a buddy system, but because every supports each other to become better every day.

Book the trial, arrive 10 minutes early, tell the coach your starting point. They take it from there. We will guide you and scale movements to your level on day one. No one expects you to be ready - that's what the coaching is for.

" After the pandemic, I was looking for a way to get better at managing my anxiety, so I aimed to do more of something that scares me. That was when I discovered CrossFit, which is cool because it gives me a daily dose of scary stuff I wouldn’t ever think of trying on my own: handstands, bar work, heavy lifts and all that.
