CrossFit for Masters is about developing wellness, improving posture, increasing energy levels and heart health, maintaining strength, bone and muscle mass. In workouts, we focus on functional movements which are natural, safe, essential to your daily activities. You can expect to work with your bodyweight, resistance bands and then progressing to weights. CrossFit for Masters is accessible no matter your experience or fitness level. Our coaches will take into account any preexisting conditions and modify workouts in a way that is safe and manageable for you.
To cancel your class, please do so 2 hours in advance. A penalty of $15 will be imposed for monthly/quarterly pass holders, with 2 or more "no shows" or late cancellations.
