CrossFit for kids is about making exercise fun whilst developing a good foundation for moving well. In workouts, your kid will learn and practice functional movements that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play. They will pull, push, squat, hinge, run, throw, climb, lift, jump - with coaches that ensure training is done correctly and efficiently. Our classes help young athletes to get the most out of their bodies by improving coordination, balance, agility, strength, and endurance. We also strive to equip kids with life skills that will set them up for success inside and out of the gym by instilling confidence, self-worth, values of teamwork, perseverance, and tenacity. It’s more than just exercise, it’s teaching kids how to develop a body and mindset that will help them as they grow through life. In workouts, we focus on functional movements which are natural, safe, essential to your daily activities. You can expect to work with your bodyweight, resistance bands and then progressing to weights. CrossFit for Masters is accessible no matter your experience or fitness level. Our coaches will take into account any preexisting conditions and modify workouts in a way that is safe and manageable for you.
To cancel your class, please do so 2 hours in advance. A penalty of $15 will be imposed for monthly/quarterly pass holders, with 2 or more "no shows" or late cancellations.
