Our premier fitness programme, Base is a holistic strength & conditioning class that utilises functional movements from three modalities - weightlifting, gymnastics and monostructural aerobic / anaerobic conditioning. This programme incorporates the full complement of equipment, barbells, dumbbells, rowers, airbikes, pull-up bars, dead-balls etc to help you increase your work capacity and achieve your highest level of fitness.
To cancel your class, please do so 2 hours in advance. A penalty of $15 will be imposed for monthly/quarterly pass holders, with 2 or more "no shows" or late cancellations.
