Hello There Everybody!


Murph 2024 is in the books. Whether this was your 10th Murph, or your first, you all crushed it and it was inspiring to see all the prep work pay off!


Next up, we have HYROX happening on 29th June. We're going to go into a mini-cycle this month just to maintain our longer aerobic base (built from all the Murph Preps) as well as having fun learning and refining some new skills. Expect longer Partner Interval WODs, more aerobic style workouts (think Mikko's Triangle) of course sprinkled with our Amplify classic Squat days with a twist.

Mon / Tue - Squats / Partner Intervals or Long Metcon

Wed / Thu - Weighted Pull-ups / Gymnastics Skills + Metcon

Fri - Deadlift / Pulls + Long Aerobic WOD

Sat - Partner Intervals

Sun - Functional Bodybuilding
