Co-founder CrossFit Level 2 Trainer "True Strength doesn't come from the body but rather from the Heart." Lionel started CrossFit way back in 2010 and he strongly believes in enjoying himself while doing anything and everything, especially fitness. If you've met him anywhere, you'd think that he swallowed a loudhailer and a dozen red bulls. But beyond that persona, he has an immense passion for grooming the next generation to become the best they can be.
Co-founder CrossFit Level 2 Trainer "Do one thing that scares you everyday." Moses has an athletic background in rugby and has been coaching CrossFit since 2011. He is largely passionate about helping others and believes that fitness should be accessible for everyone. He strives to continually develop coaching excellence as it is the gateway to building a safe and fun learning environment. He is also a motorcycle enthusiast. Vroom vroom.
CrossFit Level 2 Trainer "Hard work beats talent, every time." - Kobe Bryant Joshua is a believer in the philosophy of effort, using physical effort to explore and change how our brains work and how we perceive ourselves. Hard work in the gym is mandatory, but the physical gains are often outweighed by the mental benefits earned. Ultimately his goal is to get people to be able to ask hard questions of themselves.
CrossFit Seminar Staff Trainer CrossFit Level 2 Trainer "Set a goal so big you have to grow into the person who can achieve it. " Nicholas started his fitness journey as a National Tchoukball athlete between 2010-2015. After being exposed to Crossfit while taking his Exercise and Movement Science Degree in Australia, it further developed his passion for fitness and wanting to coach and help others along in their fitness journey.
CrossFit Level 1 Trainer "Progress over perfection." Sandra got started on CrossFit after being attracted to its holistic programming and the platform to focus on personal growth while being a part of a team. Today, her passion is fuelled by the open athlete community and team of well-versed coaches. Sandra believes in the fact that CrossFit is for everyone, and takes pride and joy in the problem-solving aspect of coaching. Get to know her enough and you might catch a glimpse of her humour.
CrossFit Level 1 Trainer "When we invest in our own growth and commit to becoming a better self, we can show up better for life, for the ones around us and for the world". Agnes started her fitness journey as a dancer, subsequently becoming an Ultimate Frisbee and varsity dragon boat athlete. Having experienced the transformative effects of training, Agnes believes that fitness is a vital component of self-love and self-development and hopes to share that with others.
CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Syahmi developed his passion for sports and fitness after he found CrossFit by chance. Since then, he has also taken part in multiple olympic weightlifting competitions and is now a part of the national team. He is a strong believer in moving well and moving right, with a strong coaching emphasis on mastering the foundations and basic movements before one can progress to be a better athlete.
