Co-founder "True Strength doesn't come from the body but rather from the Heart" Lionel started CrossFit way back in 2010 and he strongly believes in enjoying himself while doing anything and everything, especially fitness. If you've met him anywhere, you'd think that he swallowed a loudhailer and a dozen red bulls. But beyond that persona, he has an immense passion for grooming the next generation to become the best they can be.

He is largely passionate about helping others and believes that fitness should be accessible for everyone. "Compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not who someone is today"​ Gerald the sport of fitness as it requires proficiency in multiple elements (gymnastics, long distance, middle distance, etc), and that means training with a different purpose and goal everyday. He believes that CrossFit is not only beneficial to improving one’s fitness, but can instil values such as hard work and commitment in an individual. A true sports-fanatic.
